- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've never banked at B of A until today and I now see the reason behind it. 10+ people in line and only two tellers. The teller (Raman) messed up my transaction. I had to call B of A's 800 line while I was still in the parking lot to correct her $845 mistake. The 800 rep asked me to go back in and get the teller on the line. The teller could not take the call from a customer's cell phone and referred me to the manager whom treated me like I had done something wrong. A 20 min call later...the 800 rep was able to obtain the info needed from management to correct the tellers mistake. I will never return to this location nor will I bank with B of A.By Claudia Barajas, May 17, 2017
