  I go in every 2 weeks to pay our rent. When I go in, I get a hello, smile, and thank you. All of them who work they're are extremely nice, funny, and always asking how I'm doing. Never rude, and always helpful.

  Very nice bankers here. I had one come to me one day and asked if I was interested in opening an account with them. I kind of hesitated at first because I didn't want to go through a hassle of switching from Direct Express over to Chase. And I've heard from folks I know who have used this bank before, say it wasn't any good. ~~Well, I finally decided to go ahead and go for it. The banker who I spoke with said many good things about the Chase total checking account they offer, among a few other ones to choose from. I chose that first option, and he walked me over to his desk and went over everything with me step by step, even helped set up paperless statements and the really cool Chase app on my phone. He was so awesome! Even made sure a few times I visited, if everything is going well and good and I said oh, yes. Perfect. Extremely nice, listen to all I had to ask about, it was so good I asked him for some extra business cards to give people I know if they are thinking about switching banks. I've had my account since last summer and I've been VERY satisfied with this bank. No issues at all. ~My advice is look into this bank if your thinking about switching. It may work for you. You never know.
